Axiom Protective Services, Inc. routinely evaluates employee job performance and where necessary, institutes corrective actions. The Quality Assurance Team is responsible for conducting random inspections on a weekly and monthly basis, with written evaluations for follow-up by the Operations Management Staff.

The findings and corrective actions taken are reported to the client on a monthly basis. Supervisors conduct daily inspections to ensure compliance with contract requirements. Further, the PM receives all Customer Compliant Records from the client's representatives. The PM takes immediate corrective action regarding any complaints, and forwards the original form to the Contract & Acquisitions Division. The PM also completes, on a daily basis, a disciplinary report for any violation or disciplinary action taken against any officer assigned to his/her project or job site. The Quality Assurance Officer, upon his/her weekly/ monthly inspection of the job site, shall:

  • Review all documentation concerning the project prior to inspection date
  • Conduct a random inspection of all phases of the job-site and contract performance. The QA Officer will ensure that:

 

 

    • Customer Compliant Records are updated and that corrective action is taken to resolve the compliant
    • The client is properly notified of the corrective action and that all employees have been briefed in any deficient areas
    • New employees are briefed in accordance with the New Employee Site Briefing guidelines
    • Supervisor's Daily Inspection and Weekly Activity sheets are complete and up-to-date;
    • The Personnel Check List is complete and up-to-date
    • All training requirements have been met

The Quality Assurance Inspectors submit a completed monthly report concerning the overall performance at the job site to the Vice President and the Director of Contract & Acquisitions.
